Stacey Moulds is the Vice President and co-founder of LERN. Stacey’s experience includes 30 years of a wide variety of work and volunteer experience in the environmental, horticultural, nonprofit and engineering consulting industries. She owns Domestica Landscapes, LLC, a landscape design company that prioritizes the use of native as well as edible plants. Stacey recently served as the Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) Pollinator Habitat Program Coordinator & State Roadside Vegetation Management Coordinator. In this position she created numerous naturalized areas planted with native nectar and pollen plant species within Safety Rest Areas and other VDOT-owned properties. She was a founding member of the nonprofit organization, Tricycle Gardens, and served on its board from 2002 to 2013. She serves as the Jefferson Avenue Community Garden’s volunteer manager, having been in this position since 2003. In her personal time she is an avid vegetable and fruit gardener and native plan enthusiast, and tends to a small flock of chickens on an urban farm in the Union Hill neighborhood of Richmond.
